Xavier Verdaguer is a serial entrepreneur from Barcelona who in the last 15 years has launched several technological innovation companies.

Xavier is a Computer Engineer and Technical Architect from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia and with senior management studies at Stanford University (California). Xavier began his professional career as IT Director of Consulting Taller de Ingenierías, SA and at the age of 25 he began his career as a serial entrepreneur.

In 1997, at the age of 25, he founded his first company which, under the brands TMT Factory and BCN Media, offers Software Engineering and Multimedia Communication services. Xavier was Managing Director of TMT Factory for 11 years. At this stage, Xavier overcame the crisis in the technology sector of 2001, positioned TMT Factory internationally with 50 employees and worked for clients such as Gas Natural, Deutsche Bank, Barceló Hoteles or JCDecaux.

Xavier handed over the position of Managing Director to his partner Daniel Urruchua in April 2009, shortly after becoming a shareholder of the Sequoia PWM fund in an investment operation of 7.4 million Euros.
